This Privacy Policy describes how the Resintech application (https://resintech.duckdns.org) processes information when you use the web app or the Android / iOS wrappers.

1. Who we are / Хто ми
Resintech is a construction / field work management system for authorized company users (hours, kilometers, diary, tools, notifications). Contact: via your company administrator for Resintech.
Resintech — система обліку для авторизованих користувачів компанії (години, кілометри, щоденник, інструменти, сповіщення). Контакт: через адміністратора вашої компанії в Resintech.
2. Data we process / Які дані обробляємо
- Account data: login, name, role, assigned site (дані акаунта)
- Work records: hours, trips/km, diary entries, tool check-out/in (робочі записи)
- Optional device features with permission: camera (QR/photos), location (km/tools), notifications (камера, геолокація, сповіщення)
- Technical logs needed to keep the service secure and working (технічні логи)
3. Why we process data / Навіщо
- Provide the Resintech service to your company (надання сервісу)
- Authenticate users and protect accounts (вхід і безпека)
- Store work documentation requested by your employer (облік роботи)
- Send optional push notifications about work events (сповіщення)
4. Sharing / Передача
We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed on the company server hosting Resintech and, if configured by the company, synced to Google Sheets / Make webhooks for business workflows. Google Play / Apple may process install and crash diagnostics according to their policies.
Ми не продаємо персональні дані. Дані можуть оброблятися на сервері компанії та, якщо увімкнено адміністратором, синхронізуватися з Google Таблицями / Make.
5. Retention / Зберігання
Data is kept as long as needed for the company’s operational and legal purposes, or until deleted by an administrator / account removal.

6. Security / Безпека
Access requires authentication. Transport uses HTTPS. Users should keep login credentials confidential.

7. Your rights / Ваші права
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your data through your Resintech company administrator.
Залежно від законодавства ви можете просити доступ, виправлення або видалення даних через адміністратора Resintech у вашій компанії.
8. Children / Діти
Resintech is intended for adult workers and company staff, not for children under 16.
Додаток призначений для дорослих працівників компанії, не для дітей до 16 років.

We may update this policy. The latest version is always published at this URL.
